The historic vibe is undeniable, with charming decor that includes multiple fireplaces giving off a cozy atmosphere. The bar area, featuring a fireplace, makes a perfect spot to wind down with a drink before dinner.
The restaurant closes at 8 PM, leading to a rushed feeling for late arrivals. It would be nice if late-night snacks like chips or nuts were available, as nothing was offered at the bar or hotel. Breakfast options at the restaurant were decent, but having it served upstairs would have felt more relaxing.

The Red Lion Inn has such charming historic architecture. My King Room was cozy and had a lovely courtyard view, complete with two balconies. Staff greeted me with warmth, answering all my questions and giving excellent recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast boxes were a delightful surprise. they included juice, yogurt, and muffins, the perfect start to each day. I enjoyed the historic vibes of the inn, but the restaurant had limited hours—stopped serving dinner at 8 pm. After a long drive, it felt rushed to get there before closing. Also, the room lighting could improve. it felt a bit dim in some areas. Despite these hiccups, the overall stay was enjoyable, primarily because of the attentive staff and beautiful setting.
